Lenka Navrátilová

studied piano and harpsichord at Conservatory Teplice and choir conducting of church music at Charles University. She attended courses in interpretation of piano music at Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar and courses in interpretation of baroque music and harpsichord in Blankenburg.

She is professor of opera tutoring at Prague Conservatory, and pianist of Prague Philharmonic Choir. She has been active as a pianist and as a chamber musician and is a demanded concert partner to mainly opera singers and choirs as a piano accompaniment.

As pianist and harpsichordist, she cooperates with international music festival Prague Spring and Dvořákova Praha, The Prague Symphony Orchestra, the National Theatre Opera, Kühn Mixed Choir, choir Cancionetta Praga and Opera Mozart. She has performed in numerous countries in Europe as well as in the USA, Russia, Mexico, South Africa, Israel, South Korea, Hongkong.

During her carrier she has had the opportunity to work with world-renowned conductors such as Claudio Abbado, Sir George Solti, Sir Charles Mackeras, Sir Simon Rattle, Zubin Mehta, Jiří Bělohlávek, Libor Pešek, Riccardo Chailly, Christopher Eschenbach, Sir Christopher Hogwood.

She was awarded The Prize for Outstanding Piano Accompaniment at Antonin Dvorak’s International Singing Competition in Karlovy Vary in 2010, 2017, 2019 as well as The Award for Outstanding Piano Accompaniment at the National Competition of Conservatories and she was also awarded The Diploma for the Best Piano Accompaniment at The International Singing Competition Vissi d’Arte.
